The runway shows of the highly anticipated ARISE Fashion Week kicked off on 31st March 2018 at Lagos Continental Hotel (formerly Intercontinental Hotel) with stunning collections from various designers across Africa.

Bridget Awosika showcased on Day 3 of ARISE. From the word go, Bridget Awosika was never one of those Nigerian designers who felt the need to wax on and on about African prints to authenticate their claim in the African fashion industry. Awosika’s brand was one of the first truly international brands we saw emerge from the new crop of young Nigerian designers. Her design aesthetic is clearly geared at the young, fashion-forward, African woman who views herself correctly as a global citizen.
