The official South African launch of Activate: The Global Citizen Movement held last night in Johannesburg hosted by Penny Lebyane. The “Activate: The Global Citizen Movement” is a six-part documentary series from National Geographic, Procter & Gamble and Global Citizen.

SA celebrities; Bonang Matheba – who was the guest of honour at the gala and Boitumelo Thulo who is a Global Citizen Advocate, were in attendance and the two looked smashing in scene-stealing looks.

Bonang who also stars in the fourth episode of the documentary series wore a figure-hugging black sequined jumpsuit with white fringe details designed by Style Temple. She accessorized with pearl earrings and a silver clutch.

While Boity was a damsel in a bedazzled gold Orapeleng Modutle gown which featured a thigh-high slit. She wore matching gold accessories including a pair of D&G sandals.
