Davido Discusses Inspiration Behind His Latest Album, Legacy & Style In GQ South Africa
Nigerian musician Davido keeps proving he’s a street style maven. In a recent shoot styled by the talented Alexander Julian for GQ South Africa, promoting his new album A Good Time, the afrobeat singer shows us a new side to his style.
Davido, who talks with the men’s magazine about how he fell in love with music, amassing one hundred million views on Youtube and the importance of African music, dons a two-piece brown suit set from clothing brand Daily Paper paired with a cheetah skin shirt from South Africa based brand Studio 189.

He later switched things up to a buttoned-down shirt from Rochambeau with a coat from Todd Snyder and pants from Project 96.
