The industry’s biggest fashion houses, from Bridget Awosika to Tsemaye Binitie, have spent months perfecting their Spring/Summer 2020 collections. And from October 24th-26th, designers will get a chance to showcase their stunning designs in front of editors, celebrities and fashion aficionados at the Lagos Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2020 shows.

Luckily, some designers have given us the opportunity to get a glimpse before it is all out. Ahead of the ÀSSIÀN showcase today, we had a quick chat with Matiu Gordon about what to expect this season.

This Season
I love the fabrication and juxtaposition of colour. The exuberance of men dressing up not in a stuffy way but in touch with his love for colour and how it makes him feel.

One thing to note is
there is some dovetailing of culture with our collection totally unexpected but probably subliminal. We want to move the conversation of what is possible for menswear regardless of size.
