Nigerian British rugby player Maro Itoje just landed the front cover of the latest issue of Men’s Health Magazine UK.

The star of English rugby club Saracens gets candid with the magazine about how he manages his nutrition to stay fit and the role his mental health plays in it. In the magazine, the 24-year-old flanker is celebrated as the player who makes men’s rugby look like child’s play.
