- When did you first realize you wanted to pursue a career as a stylist?
After quite a number of photo-shoots as a photo model, i was encouraged by few photographers to pursue in styling as a career due to my creative ideas in fashion on set.
- If you could go back and tell yourself one thing before beginning your career what would it be?
To never pay attention to people who discourage you in something you have passion for

- What was the biggest rookie mistake you made when just starting out?
I do not recall mistakes done during the starting stage, However there were few challenges which made me stronger eventually.
- How is working in fashion different today than from when you started out?
Back in the days, fashion was a parody amongst us in Africa. But now it’s interesting, very lucrative and the amazing thing is the prestige it comes with.

- What role do you think social media plays in fashion today?
Social media helps socialize with people globally. Therefore it plays a very significant role in fashion by selling or introducing fashion ideas and business to people around you and even to those you have not met before.
- What was your biggest fear when going out and starting?
HAHA! I have no fears in anything i love doing. I love taking risk. So before i started i was ready for critics and applaud(s).

- What is your favorite part about being a stylist?
It makes you very influential in the industry because people seek style advice from you all the time. I think it makes you special.
- What trends do you currently see in the fashion industry?
The current trend is the mixture of everything, from high fashion, vintage styles and glamorous looks.

- What motivates you as a stylist?
I pay attention to details a lot. It may surprise you if i tell you people’s lifestyle motivates me. But i get inspired mostly by watching old movies, pictures, music etc
- Any regrets about your career?
Not all..

- What are the five fashion items you can’t do without? How would you describe your
personal style?
Beret –Hat -Vintage glasses –Shoes –Ring
- What do you think about the African fashion industry?
It’s picking up gradually. I believe soon it will be the “Wakanda” of fashion lol.

- What do you want to be remembered for?
My creativity, good sense of humour and my vintage style niche
- If a young girl/boy wanted to be a stylist what would your advice for them be?
There is always room for individuals having interest in styling as career, you have to be ‘fashionista’ yourself to be a good stylist and just stand out in anything you do

-Big shout out to model Prince IB(Model), Roland Paul(Model), Nuel Bans( blogger), Mina Winst(Model), EdwinAddae(Journalist), Jhosey,Eemaxx,focusxtreme,Creativevision (Photographers) . These people helped me one way or the other to achieve my goal from the initial stage.
