Our New Miss South Africa 2020 Is Shudufhadzo Musida From Ha-Masia
Shudufhadzo Musida from Ha-Masia in Limpopo was crowned the new Miss South Africa in glittering finale held October 24 at the Table Bay Hotel in Cape Town.
The 24-year-old BA Honours in International Relations student bested nine other finalists for the crown and the chance to represent the country in the next edition of Miss Universe. Musida also has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pretoria.
Thato Mosehle and Natasha Joubert placed first and second runnerrs-up, respectively. They are expected to represent South Africa in Miss World and Miss Supranational.
Melissa Nayimuli and Lebogang Mahlangu completed the Top 5.
South Africa’s pride reigning Miss Universe Zozibini Tunzi is one of the judges.
