Singer-songwriter SOMI looked beautiful recently attending the 2021 GRAMMY Awards virtually from Dakar. The artist who was nominated for Best Jazz Vocal Album for her “Holy Room: Live At Alte Oper“, didn’t win the award but definitely won in the best dressed category.

She was stunning in a bright fuschia pink floor length dress featuring intricately done pleats and a low slit. The look which flatttered SOMI’s curves was designed by Senegalese Designer Sophie Zinga. The designer’s pieces are a distinctive blend of her artistic experiences and eclectic cocktail of her voyages as she has built her namesake brand to be one of Africa’s leading fashion labels.

SOMI completed her look with a striking braided updo accesoried with hair clips, minimal gold earrings and matching strappy heels.
