In a phenomenal display of innovation, craftsmanship, and ingenuity, undergraduates from Afra K Fashion School, who tholed months of a fashion design course, are creating their paths channeling strength, eccentricity, endurance, and motivation will be graduating soon.

Established by Mrs. Lesley Aidoo Mensah, Afra K Fashion School is committed to training and developing the next generation of ethical fashion entrepreneurs through a strong critical and analytical thinking curriculum enhanced with practical application in the art environment. Afra K Fashion School believes Ghana is a strategic destination for global business. Thus, there is the need to prepare and equip locally trained, successful, and globally competent leaders who will work in and manage industries successfully.

The institution’s goal has been clear. Through its educational package and practically avant-garde creative process, the school has trained hundreds of students.

Afra K Fashion School, 7th graduate fashion show is slated for 3rd July 2021 under the theme “Fashion Is Lifestyle”

Graduates will stand eagerly by their collection, patiently hoping to catch the eye of industry insiders, the press, and the general public as they wind their way through the spaces. It will be a glorious celebration of new talents and once again, to throw a spotlight on the remarkable diversity and innovative capacity of our fashion industry.

This year’s edition will have industry giants such as; Monte Oz, Oheneba Yaw Boamah (Creative director of Abrantie TheGentleman), Kophi Faakye, Araba of Sauf Dieu Couture, Hilly June, Ami Yomekpe and AMB. DR. Prince Kojo-Hilton (The Pan African Art Ambassador) mark their presence as judges.

The night will be filled with spectacle views, poet from the winner of TV3’s Talented Kids – Nakeeyat Dramani, music from 2020 VGMA performer Yaa Yaa and Blossom 3io
