Tiwa Savage Dazzles In Made-In-Nigeria Pieces For Her Feature In The New York Times
Tiwa Savage is on fire!
On Monday September 7, the Afrobeats star was profiled by legendary American publication, The New York Times in a whole lot of style.
Indulging in an in-depth interview centered around her new album CELIA, Tiwa talks about her journey in the music industry so far, the essence of the new album and using her platform to encourage young African girls.
For the spread, she looked absolutely striking in the photos that were lensed by Nigeria’s Stephen Tayo and shot in Lagos conceptual boutique Alára.
Tiwa wears a boxy oversized Aso-oke suit by Kenneth Ize which featured frayed hems paired with mismatched pants. She added a demure touch by accessorizing with simple earrings and wooden platform heels.
Styled by Daniel Obasi, she took breaths away with this look. Next, she wore a girly polka dot dress from Turfah – one of the brands featured her new video Koroba.
