Burna Boy has been unveiled as the latest cover star of popular British publication, NME magazine.

In the August 2020 issue, the Afrobeats star gave more insight into his upcoming fifth studio album “Twice As Tall” including everything from his legacy, being an African Giant to creating irresistible music.

Also in the interview which was held in his Lagos home, the award-winning singer also opened up about his journey, speaking against the system of oppression in Africa, inspiring a revolution in Africa and more. “A revolution is needed. I want to inspire it,” Burna Boy tells NME.

He’s pictured on the cover and in the magazine in black and white rocking a sculptured diamond neckpiece in the likeness of Fela‘s iconic victory, and another custom made neckpiece with the inscription of his previous album’s name ‘African Giant’- on the pendant.
